How can I reset my password?

The S2sync app uses a passwordless approach, which means there is no password needed to login or set up your account.


On the sign-in page, you have three account sign-in options: Google authentication, Facebook authentication or sign in with an email address. The Google and Facebook authentication options only require one-click and are based on the Google or Facebook account in which you are signed in.


If you do not wish to use Google or Facebook to login, you may also type in your email address (as you see in the screenshot below). When you set up your account with an email address, you will automatically receive an email with a verification link. In order to complete the set up of your account, you will simple need to click this link. Once you click the link, you will be automatically directed to your newly created S2 Sync account.


You will not need a password or new verification link to signed in going forward unless you choose to sign-out of your account.


In that case, if you do get logged out, you can simply go back to the login screen, type in your email address, and use the verification link sent to your email address. You will not have to complete this verification step every time you log in.
