Why am I being charged for pending users?

One key thing to know is that your account is based on the number of seats purchased, not number of seats claimed or being used. So it looks like for SRSI the account was set up with 6 seats purchased. But only 2 were actively set up, 2 were pending, and 2 others were not claimed at all. The account was still billed for 6 seats regardless of the status or use of those seats.

You can adjust the number of seats manually to only include the number of seats you are using. As a reminder, your coach seat and the help@seat don't count toward that total.
